sf32lb52 module welding issue

I’d like to ask whether it’s absolutely necessary to solder the ground pad located directly beneath the module? The tools I have on hand can’t reach the pad underneath.

I think it should be fine without soldering; this is merely for faster heat dissipation, and its GND pin has already been brought out.

The bottom pads of all 52 modules do not need to be soldered.
